Project Description

Salesforce Tower, formally known as the Transbay Tower, is a high-rise office tower in the South of Market district in downtown San Francisco. It is in a prime location in the city’s downtown area and connected to Transbay Terminal Open Air Roof Park via a sky bridge. Salesforce Tower has become the centerpiece of the San Francisco Transbay redevelopment plan. which contains a mix of office, transportation, retail, and residential development. The tower is the tallest in San Francisco, with an overall height of 1,070 feet.

Our work has included exterior and interior wall systems, as well as fireproofing for the core and shell construction. Mechanical Insulation was also performed by our sister company, Restec Contractors. Upon completion, we will begin the tenant improvement construction for Salesforce’s new global headquarters.
