Fulton East is Chicago's first post-Covid-19 workplace designed with health and safety in mind. The building is equipped with leading-edge touch-free and disinfecting technology. Our team was responsible for the exterior wall system and installed over 13,000 SF of Prodema rainscreen panels. The 12-story building is topped off with a private, landscaped rooftop park. Additional scopes included all exterior light gauge framing and sheathing.
