Anning-Johnson Company proudly contributed to the construction of a new four-story, high-end furniture showroom located in the heart of Fashion Island, one of Newport Beach’s most prestigious retail destinations. This flagship store was designed to make a bold architectural statement while blending seamlessly into its upscale surroundings.
Our scope of work included Fireproofing, Framing, Drywall, and a high-end Smooth Plaster finish throughout the building. Additionally, our Metal Deck Division completed the installation of 76,000 square feet of structural metal decking, supporting the project’s fast-paced schedule and structural integrity.
