Anning-Johnson’s Chicago team contributed to the successful buildout of a 17-story residential tower at 633 South LaSalle, completing exterior wall framing, acoustical ceilings, and full interior framing, drywall, insulation, and taping. The project included a lobby, amenities floor, and 15 levels of apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units, with each floor completed on a tight one-week schedule. Despite stocking challenges and an accelerated timeline, our field team delivered through strong planning and communication.
