The 7th & Campbell project is a transformative, affordable residential and mixed-use development in West Oakland, California. It provides 79 residential units for very low and extremely low-income households. The environmentally friendly building features 20,000 square feet of solar panels and includes supportive services for chronically homeless and special needs residents, making it a model for equitable urban development. Anning-Johnson performed work on interior walls and ceilings as well as load-bearing metal framing. AJ's ability to provide quality work on an accelerated work schedule was a critical component that allowed this project to open ahead of schedule.
