The AJ Chicago team delivered three high-end floors in a new downtown Chicago high-rise, overcoming major mid-project changes to meet client expectations. When the owner requested increased ceiling heights on Floor 42—from 9 feet to 12 feet—late in construction, our team quickly reworked all ceiling systems to meet the new design without compromising schedule or budget. The project featured custom finishes, acoustic-rated partitions, wood ceilings, and complex fire-rated shaftwalls.
