AJ recently completed this tenant improvement project for a large commercial banking company. Our scope included installing office partitions, drywall, and ACT ceilings as well as doors/frames/ and hardware. The high-end space features three Rulon wood slat ceilings, one of which was custom-cut into wave shapes and required our team to rework the manufacturer-supplied suspension details. We also used several specialty products including Arktura Vapor backlit wall panels, Turf Switchblade baffle ceilings, and Buzzispace Buzzipleat ceilings. The lux design required extra attention to detail and meticulous coordination with millworkers, electricians, and other trades.
