New downtown hotel and casino tower comprised of 21 built out floors, 7 shell floors, and two mechanical floors. At nearly 500 feet tall, Circa will be the tallest tower north of the Strip. AJ Scope included framing and drywall, GFRG, insulation, firestopping, paint, and wall coverings. The penthouse Sky Bar was finished with high end materials and intricate ceilings.
