The AJ team partnered with Penta Building Group on the transformation of the former Jubilee Horseshoe Tower into the Versailles Tower at Paris Las Vegas. The project included converting west-facing units into balcony suites, constructing a Skybridge between the Paris and Versailles towers, upgrading the penthouse exterior, installing new Mansard roof panels, and renovating the Paris pool deck and convention space. Interior work covered over 1.7 million square feet of painting, 500,000 square feet of drywall, and more than 60,000 linear yards of wallcovering. Exterior improvements included EIFS installation, foam shapes, and metal framing to support architectural enhancements.
