This project was the historic renovation of the century-old former JoS A. Bank factory into Graduate Art Studios for the Maryland Institute College of Art. The renovation included newly expanded galleries, a café and academic activity. Also featured on this project were the combination of wood veneer panels, an open structure feel, and the construction of a acoustically rated auditorium.
