A multi-phased office campus project that began in 2018 and will be completed by the end of 2021. Pathline Park was "invented for the future of work" and offers tenants innovative workspaces nestled into a park-like setting. The 42-acre campus has 11 modern buildings connected by a redwood-lined promenade. There is also a two-story amenity hub offering a fitness center, lounge/event space, and dining hall. Once complete, AJ will have installed roughly 1,220,200 SF of metal decking.
