The Ashburn Data Center, a state-of-the-art facility with 245,000 sq. ft. of space and 16 megawatts of power is located in the heart of “Data Center Alley” in Loudoun County, Virginia. The structure is a two story precast and structural steel facility of for-lease data center space with a Class-A customer office space. The fast-paced project required on-the job problem solving to maintain a firm completion date. The project included high-end interior finishes of drywall light coves, Alpro metal paneling, custom acoustical and wood ceilings, as well as bulletproof paneling, exterior metal framing, and fully sealed fire and vapor partitions enclosing all of the data center space.
