The Landing is a state-of-the-art, 503,500 SF life science campus located in Burlingame, CA. Designed to support cutting-edge research and innovation, the project features two Class A laboratory and office buildings connected by a vibrant public plaza. Onsite amenities include a fitness center, conference facilities, café, and flexible workspaces to support collaboration and wellness.
Our team provided comprehensive services on this project, including BIM coordination, interior and exterior design-assist/build framing, insulation, drywall, taping, and the full build-out of amenity spaces. We also completed exterior sheathing, lath, and plaster work at the parking structure.
