Two floor, tenant interior fit-out totaling 60,000 sq. ft. AJ was able to meet the project's very aggressive schedule. Specialty scope items included spray on K-13 insulation at exposed deck, suspended felt turf baffle ceiling in lobbies and main corridor, and a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) space.
