111 S Wacker is a 51-story Trophy Class A office building in Chicago's Loop. Our team completed the 60,000 sq. ft. build out of the amenities floors which included a high-end conference center and state-of-the-art fitness center for corporate tenants. Work included drywall, rough carpentry and acoustical ceilings.
