The AJ DC team partnered with HITT Contracting on a multi‑phase refresh of Finnegan’s headquarters. The work included construction of a new private lobby featuring specialty Decoustics ceilings, partitions, light coves, and a curtainwall façade, all executed within a confined space.
The project then transitioned into renovations across multiple occupied floors, requiring careful coordination between existing and new construction. The scope also included a full modernization of base‑building restrooms from the 7th through 11th floors. Throughout the project, precise sequencing and detailed coordination were critical to maintaining quality while minimizing disruption in an active office environment.
