This nine‑story affordable housing development east of downtown Portland includes residential units, common areas, administrative offices, and a basement level. Anning‑Johnson’s scope included interior and exterior wall framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, firestopping and sealants, and panelized exterior cladding support.
The project required detailed documentation and close coordination throughout construction. Our team maintained disciplined change management and execution while meeting contractual workforce participation requirements and adapting to evolving site conditions.
