Project Description

This 20-story office tower is located along the Spectrum Skyline® at the epicenter of Irvine’s emerging innovation hub. The Class A office building offers tenants unique working space, world-class amenities, and six levels of parking (up to 1,400 cars). Our work included metal decking and exterior wall systems (EIFS, framing, and drywall).
