This project involved the full interior build‑out of multiple tenant floors, including new offices, meeting rooms, and support spaces. AJ completed work across multiple levels in a phased approach to meet the client’s occupancy plan.
The project featured a wide range of high end finishes that required detailed coordination and skilled execution. AJ installed backlit Arktura metal panel ceilings, wood plank ceilings, ensemble acoustical drywall ceilings, and custom GFRG radius light coves with drywall soffits. These systems demanded precise framing, careful sequencing, and close collaboration with design and trade partners to ensure clean interfaces and consistent quality.
