Prioritized for historic residents of North and Northeast Portland, this affordable housing and retail building totals 88,000 sq. ft. and is comprised of 80 apartments, including studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. We completed both exterior and interior metal framing, insulation and drywall installation for this project.
