New nine-story, post-tensioning concrete parking structure with 982 spaces for Circa guests. Dubbed the most high-tech transportation hub in Vegas, it features two video walls. AJ served in a design-build capacity advising on wall types and design. Scope included exterior metal framing and sheathing, EIFS, insulation, firestopping, interior framing, and drywall.
