For this data center project, we were responsible for the core and shell construction, including the design-build of metal framing and drywall. During the preconstruction phase, we assumed the entire design responsibility for the building envelope. This included structural supports and the metal panel system, scopes of work originally assigned to others, all of which was crucial in adhering to the original project schedule.
