This six‑story affordable housing development provides 77 homes for low‑income households, including 34 units dedicated to formerly homeless individuals and families.
Anning-Johnson Company completed a major portion of the building’s construction, including the full structural load‑bearing framing system, metal deck, interior walls, and structural insulated sheathing. AJ also completed the entire building envelope which included the water resistive barrier, lath and plaster, Hardie panels, Hardie plank, and phenolic panel assemblies.
The project reflects AJ’s disciplined planning, craft‑driven execution, and ability to manage complex scopes that support community focused developments.
