Project Description
Premiere on Pine is a 40-story multi-family high-rise soaring 420 feet above Seattle’s theater district. The building is marked by a bold design with a playful curtainwall façade with rich rust, gray and bronze tones as well as two massive high performance LED backlit glass walls that can traverse the color spectrum when lit up at night. The building contains 386 units with high-end finishes intended to give it a hotel inspired “New York” feel.
