Press Blocks is a large mixed‑use development featuring a 24‑story residential tower with 341 units, creative office space, ground‑level retail, structured parking, and significant public and pedestrian amenities. Anning‑Johnson supported the project with a broad scope including interior and exterior light gauge framing, wall systems, drywall, acoustical ceilings, insulation, BIM coordination, and general carpentry.
The project required careful sequencing and coordination across residential, commercial, and public spaces, along with integration of exterior wall systems and interior finishes. Our team delivered consistent execution across a complex, multi‑use environment.
