Anning-Johnson Company completed a 62,000 square foot podium‑level buildout at the Symphony Park Hotel that included the lobby, restaurant, bar, ballroom, convention areas, and back of house support spaces. AJ completed interior and exterior framing, drywall, sheathing, paint, wallcovering, specialty trim, and fluted panels while also installing an isolator sound ceiling to control noise between the Music Lounge and guest rooms above. The project featured significant quantities of material and high end architectural finishes, including the signature “Guitar Pick” floating ceilings in the ballroom. With heavy coordination and a fast moving schedule, the team applied AJ’s disciplined planning, problem solving, and consistent delivery to provide a high quality finished product for a valued client.
