The AJ team was involved in this exciting mid-city high-rise project, where our scopes of work included Metal Deck, Roofing & Drywall. This included installing 14 levels of metal decking and 10,000 hooked bars on concrete-encased columns beneath the podium. Additionally, we completed work on a tapered Sarnafil PVC roofing system, applied Neogard coating to roof curbs and pavers for a walkway system, and performed interior framing and drywall on 21 office and parking levels. Exterior framing and plaster were completed on ground, terrace, and roof levels, along with the application of fireproofing on structural steel.
