The Vitalia Apartments at 3100 S. Bascom Avenue, San Jose, California, is a five-story, 79-unit affordable housing complex that integrates modern aesthetics and practical functionality. It includes 39 units of supportive housing and over 619 sq. ft. of commercial space. Anning-Johnson’s scope included the installation of 22ga standing seam metal roofing panels used in a rainscreen wall application featuring a custom color and metallic finish.
Completed in the Fall of 2023, the Vitalia Apartments project is a beautiful example of building beyond traditional construction norms.
