Six-story mixed use building providing 120 affordable apartment homes for Washington County. Onsite amenities include 2,500 SF of commercial space, a community room, fitness room and an outdoor play area. Our team’s scope included exterior and interior metal framing, exterior sheathing, GWB assemblies and acoustic ceilings.
