Project Description
Zurich Insurance’s North American headquarters is the largest single tenant office construction project in the Chicago area since 2001. We partnered with Clayco and ECI on a variety construction areas including, engineered exterior framing, fluid applied air/vapor barriers, an exterior wood ceiling requiring extensive scaffolding, faceted drywall ceilings, multiple floor interior atriums, a movie theater, and cafeteria.
